Fragrance Foundation France launches 'Les Parfums 2011' awards

Look for the first Fragrance Foundation France awards this spring. The foundation is launching its own awards, "Les Parfums 2011," to showcase French fragrance standouts. Awards will include best male and female fragrances as well as best advertisement. Seven of the 10 awards will be decided by public voting on the foundation's website. Voting takes place March 7-25th.

Next up: Bond No. 9 Madison Square Park

What New York City neighborhood is next in line to become a Bond No. 9 fragrance? Madison Square Park, of course. According to recent reports, Bond No. 9 will release Madison Square Park on April 15 at its Bond No. 9 fragrance stores, Saks and online.

Other Bond No. 9 NYC landmark fragrances include Wall Street, Central Park, Fashion Avenue and Park Avenue.

OPI rolling out 'Pirates of the Caribbean' nail polish
