Michael Jackson fragrances coming in March

Be on the lookout for his and hers fragrances in memory of Michael Jackson to launch this spring. The fragrances, Jackson's Tribute cologne for men and Jackson's Legend for women, will be available in the U.S. on March 7.

Healthy tanning bed tips for the winter

It's the middle of January. For most of us it's the time of year when we feel our pastiest. Whatever trace of a tan you had leftover from the summer is long gone and your bronzer is now your best friend.

While tanning in a tanning bed can have major drawbacks, if used properly (translation: wisely), it can have some benefits, too. If you opt for the tanning bed, don't tan for more than 15 minutes at a time. In fact, a few sessions per week of 10 minutes will help you achieve a healthy glow. Just because it's winter, the same rules apply. Don't tan without protective eyewear and moisturize after each tanning session.

Another perk to the tanning bed? The UV rays, manufactured or not, give your serotonin levels a swift kick in the pants. And it feels good!

The collection, according to the Hollywood Reporter, is classic Ann Taylor style, complete with classic cut pants and blazers. Holmes, married to actor Tom Cruise, will be photographed by Tom Munro. Rihanna's Reb'l Fleur fragrance to hit stores in Feb

Rihanna fragranceRihanna will launch her signature fragrance, Reb'l Fleur, next month. The pop star has released photos from the fragrance campaign. Rihanna sports a full-on red mane and a sultry pose to portray the fragrance, which is supposed to reflect her sexy, strong personality.

The fragrance was named Reb'l Fleur because Rihanna's grandmother used to call her Rebel Flower, according to a recent interview with People.com.

Sammi Giancola is launching her own fragrance. Can we really consider the "Jersey Shore sweetheart" a celebrity? I guess her 15 minutes has deemed her as such. It worked for Mike "the Situation" Sorrento. He launched The Sitch by Situation cologne last year. Wonder if Snooki is next in line?

Susan G. Komen launching fragrance

The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation will launch a debut fragrance, Promise Me, in April 2011. The goal of the new fragrance is to benefit breast cancer education and awareness. Inspired and named after the book, "Promise Me," the Susan G. Komen fragrance was developed by Drom fragrances, and specifically perfumer Jean Claude Delville. Delville is the nose behind Clinique Happy.

2010: The year in fragrance

Often when I look back upon the year that was, I think of the resolutions that I've managed to uphold (and the few that I've broken), and how far I've come in the meantime. The end of the year is a good time to reflect upon the past 12 months and see how we've fared both personally and professionally.
