Bathing suit season is just around the corner. It's so close we can almost reach out and grab it! Now is the time to get serious about toning up. Here's a health tip:
Don’t cut corners. You can work off calories by opting for the stairs instead of the elevator, riding your bike (or walking) instead of driving, playing outside with your kids, mowing the grass with a push mower and parking in a space that’s farther away than usual.
